Thoughts on Israel's Continued Aggression

Allah has decreed, ‘I and My messengers will certainly prevail.’ Surely Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty.

Israel and the zionist project they represent are the embodiment of all that is wrong with mankind. They represent hate, pride, racism and sheer evil and all the deadly sins known to humanity. They are, no doubt, the devil’s representatives of our generation. Their evil cannot be mistaken by anyone who has heart and can identify the difference between good and evil. Israel and stories about the corruption of Jews have been mentioned in the Quran, perhaps more than any other nation. And in the war of the end of times, they will be the exclusive ally of the Anti-Christ himself.

Israel, backed by the United States and all the governments of the “free” world are delivering huge defeats to humanity day after day. Killing innocents with technologies and methods of warfare that inspire owe and fear in the hearts of everyone. One might think that this is it. This is the ultimate superpower and we all must bow to them and surrender, why do the Muslims not bow down, give them their homes and just surrender?!

This one would be very wrong! Muslims have been told that this will happen. We were told in the Quran and by the Prophet that the jews will fight against us, will drive us out of our homes and will take our holy lands, and when this happens we must fight and we must stand strong and we have been told that victory will ultimately no doubt be ours, and fighting we have been, and fighting we will always be!

One of my favourite chapters of the Quran is Ali ‘Imran (The Family of Imran). It speaks about the Jews and their continued aggressions and wrong-doings and the first two battles of Islam, one of which was a win and the second one was a defeat. It speaks about feelings of fear, loss, despair and deep belief in God and speaks of the ultimate victory that is promised to those who believe in him. This chapter contains the exact answer to all the calamities that are befalling Muslims right now and this, among other chapters of the Quran are what Muslims draw their strength and patience from.

Similar situations have passed on before you, so proceed throughout the earth and observe how was the end of those who denied. This is a clear statement to the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allāh. So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are believers. If a wound should touch you - there has already touched the [opposing] people a wound similar to it. And these days, we alternate among the people so that Allāh may make evident those who believe and take to Himself from among you martyrs - and Allāh does not like the wrongdoers - And that Allāh may purify the believers and destroy the disbelievers. Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while Allāh has not yet made evident those of you who fight in His cause and made evident those who are steadfast?

Another part of this magnificent chapter, Allah speaks about what awaits those who fall in battles against his enemies and against evil.

And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allāh as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision. Rejoicing in what Allāh has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those [to be martyred] after them who have not yet joined them - that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. They receive good tidings of favor from Allāh and bounty and that Allāh does not allow the reward of believers to be lost - Those who responded to Allāh and the Messenger after injury had struck them. For those who did good among them and feared Allāh is a great reward - Those to whom people said, “Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them.” But it increased them in faith, and they said, “Sufficient for us is Allāh, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”. So they returned with favor from Allāh and bounty, no harm having touched them. And they pursued the pleasure of Allāh, and Allāh is the possessor of great bounty. That is only Satan who frightens his supporters. So fear them not, but fear Me, if you are [indeed] believers.

This is what Muslims always say “Sufficient for us is Allāh and he is the best Disposer of affairs”. A Muslim in war against evil will have two outcomes:

1. Defeat evil, in which case, Good wins, happy days ahead

2. The Muslim dies and goes directly to heaven, happy days ahead, and another Muslim will hold the beacon until evil is defeated.
